Verify Your Email Address Phishing Scam
The sender email address has been spoofed to appear to come from your own email address. Slightly different wording but the same objective to obtain email password credentials and access to bank accounts and untold other financial goodies.

Notes: Click through web address: https://sync.resetdigital.co/csync?redir=http://ipfs.io/ipfs/bafkreihfhd6uiarddbzjj4epuvq2bgxhdqlis4fnmbl23pv5rpoawqpsbu#[email address redacted]. Bit difficult to know what is happening here both resetdigital.co and ipfs.io are what appears to be genuine websites but they have been compromised in some way so as to host a phishing password collection page.
Recommendation:
Just delete the e-mail, don't click on any links.
